What is FDA Cleared?
We only carry US FDA cleared contact lenses. Before medical devices, such as contact lenses are sold in the U.S., FDA reviews the marketing application from the medical device companies and determines whether the companies can release the device into the marketplace.
The FDA (U.S.Food and Drug Administration) does regulates all medical devices (contact lenses) can be distributed legally in the U.S. This includes all contact lenses, whether they are prescription or non-prescription, and the consequences of buying contacts illegally can be damaging to your health.

Payments:
Eleglance Corp. reserves the right to set the payment schedule and conditions based on size of the order, shipping method, and geographical location of the customer.
Terms:
We are flexible in arranging 'NET' terms with our new customers based on the nature of the order. First time orders are C.O.D. on stock items and 50% down payment is required. To establish 'NET" terms new customers need to provide us with their banking information and detailed company information.
Delivery Time & shipping method:
We use FedEx and USPS for small package services. Shipping quotes will be included and given to customers and once they are approved, we will be able to process your order.
Allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery from the shipping date depending on geographical location.
Cancellation/Return Policy:
If you want to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. If the order is put in production or already shipped, then you must pay up to a 50% cancellation fee. We do not accept returns so please carefully look over your order before purchasing.
